Our Story

Advanced Drainage was built on the idea that septic, drainage, and excavation work should be done by people who actually know the ground they're working on. Based in Twelve Mile, we've put in the hours across Cass, Fulton, and Miami Counties — fields, yards, and building sites — from installing a septic system to the state's exact spec, to digging a basement that stays dry for decades.

Whatever the job — a failing drain field, a farm field that won't drain, or a lot that needs clearing before you can build — we bring the right equipment and the licenses to back it up.

Licensed & Insured

Advanced Drainage holds all 3 Indiana state septic licenses required to install, repair, and inspect septic systems — so every job is performed and signed off to state code, from initial site evaluation through final inspection.

Meet the Owner

Mark Babb

Mark Babb has spent his career in Cass County dirt, and Advanced Drainage runs the way he does business — show up, work hard, and get it done right the first time. He didn't build this company from behind a desk; he built it running equipment, digging trenches, and standing in the same mud his crew stands in every day.

That hands-on approach is still how Mark runs every job today. He's out checking work personally, answering calls himself, and treating every property — whether it's a family's backyard or a hundred-acre field — like it's his own. It's why so much of Advanced Drainage's work comes from neighbors telling neighbors, not advertising.
